The short version of how we run things, so there are no surprises when you sit down.
Cancellation policy
Plans change — we understand. Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the chair to someone else.
Call us at (206) 539-8391 and we'll move or cancel it for you — whenever you ring, inside 24 hours or not.
There is no deposit and no cancellation fee. You pay at the salon. We only ask that you tell us.
Late arrivals
Traffic on 35th, a meeting that ran long — it happens. Call ahead and we will hold your chair as long as we can.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or move you to the next opening, so the guest after you isn't left waiting. We will always talk it through with you first.
Privacy
The site itself asks you for nothing — there is no form on it. When you ring us we write down your name and number, for one reason: to hold your appointment and remind you before it.
We don't sell your details, we don't pass them to anyone outside the salon, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
